As you can see on this sign board, Kementerian Pengangkutan Malaysia (KPM) is building a electrified double track between Sentul and Batu Caves. Once this so call Batu Caves train station completed, the surrounding land and housing estate will be rises in price.

Location of Semarak, Penaga and Meranti Condominium. This is the land to build these 3 blocks of condominium within the Taman Raintree, Batu Caves project.
